Snowdrops are flowering in my garden - we always get our first snowdrop around New Year and to me it signals the start of a new growing season. So, I’m already lining up my seeds in anticipation!

This year marks some new activities for me and one is this, my newsletter - charting the progress of my kitchen garden, connecting me and my readers to the seasons and most importantly allowing us to put the brakes on just for a minute or two. Why not brew up a cuppa and take a moment to read my musings from the week - whether it’s health news, a tasty tip gleaned from my scan of the latest nutritional research, a seasonal recipe or a growing suggestion for your garden or window ledge.
